Welcome to Metropolitan Dental Centre! By opting into SMS communications from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
Types of Messages
By subscribing to our SMS services, you will receive SMS messages related to the following:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Treatment or service reminders
- Promotional offers and updates
- Important office announcements or closures
- Community Initiatives and Drives: notifications about community initiatives such as food drives, clothing drives, or other charitable collection efforts hosted by our office.
- Payment and Billing Reminders: notifications related to billing, including payment reminders, payment confirmations, and receipts for services rendered.
Message Cadence
We will send SMS messages to you based on the following schedule:
- Appointment reminders: 2 weeks, 1 week & 1 days before your appointment.
- Promotional messages: Occasionally
- Other relevant updates: As needed
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Please check with your carrier for additional charges that may apply.
Privacy & Data Usage
Your phone number and other personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Opt-out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying to any message with the word STOP. You will receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will notify you via SMS or post the updated version on our website.
